This giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bread Beauty Supply Holdings LLC (“Bread,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”), 2219 Main St, Unit #304, Santa Monica, CA 90405 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

—    Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

—    Winners and their guest must each hold a valid passport (or be able to obtain one in time for travel) valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates, and must satisfy all entry, immigration, and travel requirements for Bermuda.

—    Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

—    Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, enter by completing all of the following steps on the official giveaway post (the “Entry”):

—    Follow @bread and @bermuda on the designated platform

—    Make a post showing how Slick-Hold Gel holds up through your most active day

—    Bonus entry: share the official giveaway post to your story for one (1) additional entry. The shared story must be publicly viewable and tag @bread so that the share can be verified.

Limit: one (1) base entry per person, plus one (1) bonus story-share entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Entries must be submitted by the entrant; entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means, and entries from fake, duplicate, or purchased accounts, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Two (2) winners — one (1) primary winner and one (1) guest of the winner’s choosing (the guest must independently meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3) — will be selected. The primary winner will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and will be announced on or about June 19, 2026 (Juneteenth). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via direct message and/or email. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Prize

One (1) grand prize (the “Prize”): an all-expense-paid content-creation trip to Bermuda for the winner and one (1) guest, to participate in a Bread Beauty Supply content shoot. The Prize includes:

—    Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner to Bermuda;

—    A five (5)-night stay for two (2) at Cambridge Beaches, July 29 – August 3, 2026;

—    Two (2) tickets to the Cup Match cricket fixture and entry to the associated Bacchanal Run experience;

—    A boat raft-up excursion for two (2);

—    A micro car rental for use during the trip; and

—    Participation in Bread Beauty Supply content-creation activities during the trip.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $1,500 USD. The ARV may vary based on departure city, availability, and other factors; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel dates are July 29 – August 3, 2026 and are fixed; the winner and guest must be available to travel on these dates. Travel, accommodations, tickets, and activities are subject to availability and to the terms of the applicable third-party providers.

The Prize does not include, and the winner is solely responsible for: passport/visa fees, travel insurance, baggage fees, fuel and any charges associated with the rental vehicle beyond the rental itself, incidentals, gratuities beyond those specified, items of a personal nature, and any expenses not expressly listed above.

The Prize is non-transferable (except to the accompanying guest as described) and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. All Prize details not specified herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on the Prize, and all expenses not specifically listed as part of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the Prize is $600 or more, the winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) and will be issued an IRS Form 1099. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Conditions of Travel & Content Participation

As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner and guest agree that:

—    The trip is a working content trip; the winner and guest will participate in scheduled content-creation activities (filming, photography, interviews, and related activities) as directed by Sponsor;

—    They will follow the trip itinerary, behave professionally, and comply with all reasonable instructions of Sponsor and its representatives, as well as all venue, hotel, airline, and local rules and laws;

—    They must each sign and return Sponsor’s required documents (including an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and a Content & Likeness Release) before any travel is booked; and

—    Sponsor may remove any winner or guest from the trip, and/or terminate participation, for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules, without obligation to provide a substitute.

9. Content, Likeness & Publicity Rights

By participating, and as a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner and guest grant Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to record, photograph, film, use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit their name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and any content created during or in connection with the trip (collectively, the “Content”), in any and all media now known or later developed, for advertising, marketing, promotional, commercial, and trade purposes, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

All Content created during the trip is and shall be the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. The winner and guest waive any so-called “moral rights” in the Content and any right to inspect or approve its use. Any content the winner or guest posts to their own social media relating to the trip must comply with Sponsor’s guidelines and applicable disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or as required by the FTC).

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, including any travel-related activity, injury, illness, loss, or damage.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) technical, hardware, software, network, or other failures of any kind; (b) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (c) any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or announcement of the Prize; or (d) travel delays, cancellations, force majeure events, acts of God, weather, health emergencies, government actions, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Travel involves inherent risks, which the winner and guest assume voluntarily.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity, and in such event to select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [URL]. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], California, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any multiplication of damages.

14. Winner List
